Catherine has extensive experience in both nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1As. L-1Bs, TNs, E-3s, O-1As, P-1s, R-1s, PERMS, I-140s, EB1s, and EB2s, as well as RFEs, Appeals, and MTRs. She is originally from Brussels, Belgium and is fluent in French. She holds a bachelor’s degree in French (Business Track) with a minor in Political Science and is a certified Paralegal from the National Center for Paralegal Training. She is completely remote out of Atlanta, Georgia. In her free time, Catherine enjoys reading, hiking with her two dogs, and traveling.
