
Associate Attorney
Dan has been working exclusively in employment immigration since 2016. He has extensive experience with both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including the EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, O-1, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3, and cap-subject and cap-exempt H-1B categories. Dan earned a J.D. from New England Law | Boston, a Master of Arts in English from the University of Delaware, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ursinus College, and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Salem State University.
