Prior to joining Goldman & Partners Immigration Law, LLP in 2017 as a Paralegal, Melissa held over seven (7) years of paralegal experience working in both boutique and large Immigration law firms in the Boston, MA area. Since joining, Melissa has provided a vast depth of experience in preparing and filing immigration matters for corporate clients of all sizes as well as family-based applications. She works with attorneys and clients on multiple immigration matters that include nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications and petitions as well as permanent residency-based applications. An exceptional legal writer and researcher, Melissa has been instrumental to scores of successful applications to which she has contributed since being with Goldman & Partners.
Now an Associate Attorney in our office, Melissa continues to focus on filing a full array of nonimmigrant petitions including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-1/E-2, and TN, as well as immigrant visa applications, including Extraordinary Ability, Multinational Manager, and National Interest Waiver immigrant visa filings and Adjustment of Status Applications. Melissa also has significant expertise in the Permanent Labor Certification Application Process.
Melissa holds a Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law graduating Cum Laude in 2025 and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating Cum Laude in 2010.
