Associate Attorney
Emily began practicing law in 2011 and focuses exclusively on immigration and nationality law. She has extensive experience in both employment-based nonimmigrant petitions including O-1, L-1, H-1B, E-2, and TNs, and in employment-based immigrant petitions including EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and PERM.
Emily also has significant experience representing clients in family-based and humanitarian matters including green card applications, naturalization, deferred action, waivers of inadmissibility, VAWA, U visas, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
Emily graduated from New York Law School, cum laude, where she was a Harlan Scholar, earned two Public Interest Fellowships, and served as an editor of the NYLS Law Review. She earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College majoring in French Literature and Hispanic Studies. Emily is a member of the bar in both Massachusetts and New York.
