Kasia comes from Poland and has gone through an immigration process herself. She obtained a permanent residency through a PERM labor certification process and later became a U.S. citizen. Kasia holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Poland and a Master of Laws in U.S. and Global Law and Technology, with specialization in U.S. Law and Legal Methods from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
