Kasia Loor joined Goldman & Partners Immigration Law in 2012 and has been exclusively practicing immigration law since 2014. Before that, she worked for nearly a decade as an immigration paralegal.

Kasia’s successful track record includes:

• Well over 90% approval rate for both nonimmigrant petitions: H-1Bs, L-1A, L-1Bs, TNs, O-1s as well as immigrant petitions: EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and EB-2/EB-3 via PERM.

• Strategic and thoughtful case preparation to limit Requests for Evidence to minimum.

• Developing a strong relationship with her clients and their employees based on her belief that their victory is her victory.

• Advocating for use of technology to increase efficiency and transparency in handling immigration cases.

Kasia comes from Poland and has gone through an immigration process herself. She obtained a permanent residency through a PERM labor certification process and later became a U.S. citizen. Kasia holds a Master’s degree in Law from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Poland and a Master of Laws in U.S. and Global Law and Technology, with specialization in U.S. Law and Legal Methods from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA. She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
