Malvena has 20 years of experience in the field of U.S. immigration and nationality law, having practiced exclusively in this area for the last decade. She has represented individuals and companies from around the world in obtaining temporary work visas and permanent residence in the United States. She has also represented numerous families in bringing spouses, children and parents to our shores. Malvena’s caseload has included extensive work with detainees and immigrants in removal and asylum proceedings before the Immigration Court.
Her current role includes advising professionals and employers on the temporary and long-term options for immigrating to or remaining in the United States.
Malvena is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Lowell. She speaks Spanish and is brushing up on her Italian.
