Martha joined Goldman & Partners Immigration Law in 2016. She has over 20 years of experience in the immigration field. Martha assists the firm’s attorneys with various nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions as well as permanent residence applications for entrepreneurs and foreign workers at midsize and large corporations. Martha has extensive experience with business immigration applications, including O-1, H-1B, L, TN, J-1, EB-1, NIW, and PERM applications.
Martha was accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals to represent indigent immigrants in front of the Department of Homeland Security in TPS, adjustment of status, visa and citizenship matters as well as applications under VAWA for victims of domestic violence. As a former executive director of a U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Martha gained invaluable experience working with individuals of different cultures,
