Paralegal
Michaela Zelandi joined Goldman and Partners as a paralegal in May 2021. She works on the family side of immigration law with experience preparing asylum applications, waivers, special immigrant juvenile cases, visa petitions, adjustments of status, VAWA, and work authorization applications.
Prior to joining Goldman and Partners, she graduated from UMass Amherst with a dual degree in Legal Studies and Spanish in spring 2020. She won Best Legal Studies Honors Thesis in 2020 for her research on U-visas, gender-based asylum claims, and the H-1B/H-4 visas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her pets and being outside.
